Good morning Byron, Thank you so much for your excellent work as usual. Best regards.
I again just wanted to express my thanks to your company and employees for their continued great work for us. I conveyed the above file number in particular because it represents a case which was assigned to Kim Flack very recently…Bill, it has always been a pleasure working with your group and they truly make my job so much easier with their great efficiency and productivity. Thanks again.
I just want you to know…Kim came through big time, and looks like she is getting this (surveillance DVD that police refused to provide [Regarding surveillance DVD caught on Shell’s Feed store’s camera]) for us when it seemed impossible and this video is the make or break for the case…I want you to know what an awesome job she did!!!
Dear Mr. Frederick: I wished to take this opportunity to thank you for the quality job you gave us recently. We find a great deal of independent adjusting companies do get the job done for us, but you did it in an extremely professional manner and we commend you for this. Your investigation and communications were prompt and most effective, and your overall claims handling was nothing less than top-notch. Needless to say, we look forward to working with you in the future when we have claims in your area. Once again, thank you and good luck!
Dear Bill: Thank you for your most competent participation in the matter of Donoho vs. State Farm which was recently tried before the Honorable Radford Sturgis. I very much appreciate your willingness to participate in my defense of State Farm and the claims handling completed by (name omitted). Certainly, your candor, truthfulness and background in insurance claims handling was most persuasive in Judge Sturgis’ consideration of this case. Again, thank you for your outstanding testimony in this case. I hope that if I can ever return your professional courtesy that you will feel free to call upon me for assistance of any type.
Hey Advantage, I just wanted to give you a SHOUT OUT from our insured. He stated you guys Rock!! Thank you!
I just wanted to thank you for the work that Michelle and Ed are doing on my files. They are doing an awesome job and I wanted you to know I’m seeing more of you than in the past and I’ve noticed that the quality of the work coming back is infinitely better than some of your competitors!…Great job and thanks again!
Dear Mr. Frederick, Thank you for your well written and informative report on the above styled case. It is refreshing to read a well written and informative marine report. Thank you for continuing to handle this loss for us through conclusion.
Beth, thank you very much. You have done an awesome job on the investigation of this claim and I wanted to let everyone know. Coincidently, we had a meeting yesterday on customer service and dealing with elderly was a major focal point. You have epitomized the reason for such focus. Thank you again.
Bill, Thanks for making my job easier. It’s a pleasure working with you.
I wanted to share some feedback on Ed. The insured let me know that Ed was very helpful, went over everything in a manner that was easily understood, and communicated very well. On my part I certainly appreciate it as well as it keeps the insured in the loop when I get overwhelmed and can’t always handle things as quickly as I’d like to. Thanks to Ed for his good work on this file!
Beth, Mr. Ansilio did advise me that he and his wife were very impressed with you. He stated “she was fantastic and really knew her stuff.” Great job representing us. We really appreciate your professionalism and handling of this claim.
Just wondering if you could perhaps clone Kim Flack and Eric Shelman?? They are doing a great job for us and I just wanted you to know. I know how quick we are at times to complain so I thought you might like to know how much we appreciate the high quality work they produce and which we here in the liability department have come to expect. These two, however, consistently exceed our expectations – and that says a lot! Please thank them for us.
