I just wanted to tell you that I just got Kimberly Flack’s first report for this auto liability investigation. I have to say it’s probably the most complete and prompt report I’ve EVER gotten! Not only did she complete or attempt EVERYTHING an adjuster could ask for, she did it without having to be prompted and “spoon-fed” like so many IA’s do. She also completed it in an extremely timely fashion. If every IA was like her, maybe I wouldn’t need to use so many vacation days!!!!! Just wanted you to know…
