I just wanted to let you know the GREAT job Byron has done on the above referenced claim. Byron stepped up to assist me when we came to a dead end with this insured. Byron has spent many hours working on this file and I think we have finally come to an agreement with the insured….I don’t think we would have been able to bring this claim to a conclusion without all of Byron’s hard work. This insured is a very difficult person to deal with. Please take care of Byron, he deserves it.
