Just wondering if you could perhaps clone Kim Flack and Eric Shelman?? They are doing a great job for us and I just wanted you to know. I know how quick we are at times to complain so I thought you might like to know how much we appreciate the high quality work they produce and which we here in the liability department have come to expect. These two, however, consistently exceed our expectations – and that says a lot! Please thank them for us.
