I wanted to share some feedback on Ed. The insured let me know that Ed was very helpful, went over everything in a manner that was easily understood, and communicated very well. On my part I certainly appreciate it as well as it keeps the insured in the loop when I get overwhelmed and can’t always handle things as quickly as I’d like to.
